Soup meat wet hash

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Cooked beef brisket -- or
\N \N Leftover roast
5 \N To 6
\N \N Piece
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 \N Clove garlic -- chopped
\N \N Brown roux
\N \N Potatoes -- chopped in sm.

Chop meat in small pieces. Chop potatoes. Make a brown roux and add chopped onion and garlic. Let brown slightly. Add meat and potatoes and let cook, about 5-10 minutes. Add boiling water and let boil slowly until the potatoes are done.
