| 1 | Clove garlic -- chopped | |
| Brown roux | ||
| Potatoes -- chopped in sm. | ||
Directions
Chop meat in small pieces. Chop potatoes. Make a brown roux and add chopped onion and garlic. Let brown slightly. Add meat and potatoes and let cook, about 5-10 minutes. Add boiling water and let boil slowly until the potatoes are done.
