|½ cup||Olive oil|
|8||Crushed fresh basil leaves; (up to 10)|
|Freshly grated parmesian|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
In tribute to Sonny.... here's one of my favorite recipes.. I now grow basil and tomatoes every summer for this and Pesto! Marinade tomatoes, garlic, oil, basil overnight. Toss add cheese. Pour over pasta, can be served cold or warmed. The pasta will warm it up.
