Bolognese pasta sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Minced meat; (beef or pork or mixed)
1 \N Onion; diced
1 \N Clove garlic; chopped
1 can Mushrooms; (or fresh), cut into small pieces
1 large Can tomatoes; chopped
1 \N Cube beef stock
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Nutmeg
\N \N Oregano

Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. ¼ l), and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
