Luciano pavarotti's uncooked instant pasta sauce

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Italian tomato paste |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 4 | teaspoons | Parsley -- chopped finely |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic -- minced |
| Pepper to taste | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choice, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse. Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
