Soft chocolate frosting/filling

1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Potato starch -- (or corn
Starch)
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Boiling water
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 cup Chocolate chips -- (6 oz)
1 teaspoon Vanilla -- or pkg vanilla
Sugar

Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, till it comes to a boil, boil one min. and remove from he at. Stir in chips till smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Spread while warm.

If using vanilla sugar, add with the regular sugar.
