| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Chocolate chips -- (6 oz) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla -- or pkg vanilla |

Directions
Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, till it comes to a boil, boil one min. and remove from he at. Stir in chips till smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Spread while warm.
If using vanilla sugar, add with the regular sugar.
