Ingredients

2cupsChicken; cooked, finely chopped
cupAlmonds; finely chopped
1tablespoonGreen onion; finely chopped
4tablespoonsMajor Grey's chutney; chopped
8ouncesCream cheese; softened
¼cupMayonnaise
2teaspoonsCurry powder
Salt to taste
1cupGrated coconut
Candied orange peel optional

Directions

Combine chicken, almonds, green onion and chutney. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Combine chicken mixture and cream cheese mixture. Chill. Shape into bite-size balls. Roll each ball in grated coconut. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Garnish with tiny yellow and white flowers or candied orange peel.
