Snappy chicken balls

Yield: 80 To 90

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chicken; cooked, finely chopped
1½ cup Almonds; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Green onion; finely chopped
4 tablespoons Major Grey's chutney; chopped
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Curry powder
\N \N Salt to taste
1 cup Grated coconut
\N \N Candied orange peel optional

Combine chicken, almonds, green onion and chutney. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Combine chicken mixture and cream cheese mixture. Chill. Shape into bite-size balls. Roll each ball in grated coconut. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Garnish with tiny yellow and white flowers or candied orange peel.
