Indian chicken curry balls

Ingredients

4ouncesCream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
1cupChopped cooked chicken
1cupRoasted chopped almonds
½teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsCurry powder
1tablespoonChopped chutney
½cupShredded coconut

Directions

Combine first two ingredients, add the chicken, almonds and curry powder, and chutney. Refrigerate to firm. Form into small balls and roll in shredded coconut. Cover and chill.
