Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
4 ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | Cooked chicken; chopped |
1 cup | Nuts; chopped |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ cup | Coconut |
Beat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add all other ingredients except coconut. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Makes about 26 balls.
