Curried coconut chicken balls

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Flaked coconut |
| 3 | ounces | Cream cheese, at room temperature |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup | Chopped cooked chicken |
| 1 | cup | Chopped walnuts |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced onion |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Curry powder, to taste |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ø. Spread out coconut on a small baking sheet & toast in oven until lightly brown, 12½ minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese & mayonnaise until smooth. Add chicken, walnuts, onion, curry powder & salt. Mix well.
3. Form chicken mixture into 1" balls. Roll in toasted coconut to coat. Cover & refrigerate until chilled.
