Snappy bean bake

| 3 | ounces | Tofu; cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
| 3 | ounces | Lima beans; cooked |
| 1½ | ounce | Brazil nuts; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons | Fresh chives; minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh parsley; chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes with a cover.
