Snappy bean bake

3ouncesLima beans; cooked
ounceBrazil nuts; chopped
2tablespoonsSoy oil
1teaspoonMustard
2teaspoonsFresh chives; minced
1teaspoonFresh parsley; chopped
½teaspoonTarragon
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil. Combine all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes with a cover.
