Smokie hash brown breakfast

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Smokie links
½ pack (12-oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 slice (large) onion; separated into rings
2 tablespoons Chopped green chiles
1 slice Processed American cheese
\N \N Taco sauce; if desired

Cut Smokie links lengthwise. Cook hashbrowns in oil 5-7 minutes. Turn. Add Smokies and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Top hashbrowns with Smokies, onions, chiles and cheese. Cover. Heat 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 1.
