Sloppy joes #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground chuck
2 Onions; chopped
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Flour
1½ teaspoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add all ingredients. Cover and simmer half an hour to one hour. Serve over hamburger buns or steak bread (toasted or untoasted).
