Slightly potted cocktail franks

Yield: 36 Franks

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cocktail frankfurters; cut in half
¼ cup Bourbon
½ cup Chili sauce
¼ cup Dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Tomato preserves

SAUCE

Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the frankfurters, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
