Steamer polish sausage supper

Ingredients

| 2 | Potatoes; peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces | |
| 1 | pounds | Smoked polish sausage |
| 16 | ounces | Can sauerkraut |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Caraway seed |
Directions
Place potatoes in steamer basket. Add ½ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam from 10 to 12 minutes.
Slice sausage into ½-inch pieces. Place sausage in rice bowl. top with steamed potatoes. Cover with sauerkrat and sprinkle seasonings on top. Add 2 cups water to reservoir, cover and steam from 38 to 39 minutes.
Serves 4
Total steaming time: 48 to 52 minutes.
