Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | pounds | Shrimp, large, peel & devein |
| 1 | x | Rice, cooked, hot |
Directions
Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil, brushing with marinade 4 inches from heat until done. Serve with rice. From "A Taste of Indiana" formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
