1can(28-oz.) plum tomatoes in puree
¾poundsCleaned medium shrimp
1poundsPenne or other pasta

Directions

Cook garlic cloves, salt and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes in puree, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout.
