Shrimp sauce with spaghetti

Ingredients

2eachesCloves Finely Chopped Garlic
1teaspoonDried Oregano
¼cupCooking Oil
½poundsCooked,shelled,
1can14 oz Tomatoes
1xDeveined shrimp
½teaspoonGarlic Salt
teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPrepared Horseradish
½teaspoonDried Basil
8ouncesSpaghetti, cooked
1can6 oz Tomato Paste
1xGrated Cheese

Directions

Brown garlic, in oil; add tomatoes, salt and basil. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and oregano; simmer for 15 minutes longer. Stir in shrimp, garlic salt and horseradish; heat. Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Yields: 4 Servings.
