Shrimp dorothy

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Shrimp
1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup Sherry
4 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
¾ cup Butter or margarine; melted
1 dash Cayenne

Mix all ingredients, bake about 25 minutes at 325. Serves 6.
