Shish tavouk kebab

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Hot red pepper
3 \N Garlic cloves, pressed

Skin the chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix together all the ingredients. Add the chicken and mix until all the pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate about 10 hours or overnight. Then thread the cubes on skewers and grill over hot charcoal.
