Measure Ingredient
6 \N Boneless chicken breasts
3 \N Cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup Olive oil
1 \N Lemon, squeezed
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 \N (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 cup Yogurt
2 tablespoons Sumac (Lebanese Spice,
\N \N Optional)
1 teaspoon Each salt, pepper & ginger

Cut chicken in small cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate chicken overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours). Thread chicken on skewers and barbeque on charcoal grill or under broiler.
