|8 ounces||Old Cheddar cheese; grated|
|½ cup||Fine bread crumbs tossed with:|
|1 medium||Onion; finely chopped|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|1 \N||Bag (Large) frozen french style green beans|
From: Pat Belanger <cookie@...> Date: Sun, 18 Aug 1996 19:41:39 -0700 Cook beans for about 2 minutes and drain. Melt butter, add flour, seasoning and stir. Add sour cream and onion. Spread over cooked green beans in a shallow baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and crumbs. Bate at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
