Spicey green beans

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Bag frozen green beans (or
\N \N Equivilent fresh)
½ cup Bulghar wheat
⅓ pounds Or so mushrooms,
\N \N Halved or quartered,
\N \N Depending on size
⅓ pounds Or so pepperoni style
\N \N Seitan
½ \N To 1 cup salsa

put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole dish, Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on high. Stir and nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes.

Enjoy

The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
