⅓ pounds | Or so mushrooms, |

⅓ pounds | Or so pepperoni style |
\N \N | Seitan |
½ \N | To 1 cup salsa |
put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole dish, Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on high. Stir and nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes.
Enjoy
The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
