Yield: 1 Servings
|½ cup||Peanut oil|
|½ cup||Toasted sesame oil|
|10 \N||Dried Bird's Eye (Chinese) peppers|
Sesame Hot Oil -- (My favorite for Dim Sum and Pit Beef or Pork): Heat peanut oil to about 350 and add peppers. Cook 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add sesame oil. Pour into a storage container. Note: Don't heat the sesame oil with the peanut oil. The smoking (burning) point is too low.
