Sesame noodles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Linguini
\N \N Water for boiling
1 pinch Salt
3 eaches Scallions, sliced
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ teaspoon Red pepper, optional
2 teaspoons Toasted sesame seeds

Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature.
