Sesame rice

Ingredients

| 1 | small | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil, sesame or veg. |
| 3 | cups | Rice; hot, cooked (cooked in chicken broth) |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; seeded and finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Green onions; sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley, chopped;or cilantro |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sesame seeds; toasted |
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in rice, tomato, green onions and parsley; heat thoroughly. Garnish with sesame seeds.
