Sesame rice

Ingredients

1Garlic clove; minced
1tablespoonOil, sesame or veg.
3cupsRice; hot, cooked (cooked in chicken broth)
1mediumTomato; seeded and finely chopped
½cupGreen onions; sliced
2tablespoonsParsley, chopped;or cilantro
2tablespoonsSesame seeds; toasted

Directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in rice, tomato, green onions and parsley; heat thoroughly. Garnish with sesame seeds.
