Ingredients

1Bottle (750-ml) good dark rum (up to)
3Cinamon sticks
1Vanilla been split lengthwise
3Whole cloves (up to)
8Serrano peppers cut lengthwise and seeded

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the bottle of rum, you may have to remove some to make room for the solids. Let steep a minimum of one week. The flavor improves with age, and it keeps for months. ROBERT F PARZICK <FSRFP@...>
