2 \N Measures strong coffee; (allowed to chill)
1 tablespoon Fine soft brown sugar
2 \N Measures dark strong rum
2 \N Measures chilled double cream; whipped until thick

This is our attempt to create a sort-of 'Homemade Baileys' but with rum instead of whisky.

You will need a traditional cocktail shaker. Place all the ingredients into the shaker and give it a good shaking until all the fluids are well-mixed.
