Ingredients

| 1 | quart | Pineapple juice |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 6 | ounces | Pink lemonade concentrate |
| 2¼ | cup | Water |
| ½ | gallon | Strawberry ice cream |
| 1 | litre | Ginger ale |
Directions
The night before combine the pineapple juice, sugar, lemonade concentrate and water. Refrigerate overnight. Add a few drops pf red food coloring.
