Secret pizza sauces!

Measure Ingredient
1 can (small) tomato paste
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 cup Fresh basil
2 teaspoons Salt
1 Clove garlic
2 tablespoons Pine nuts (or walnuts)
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Fresh parmesean or romano cheese (up to)
10 Diced roma tomatoes
3 Cloves chopped garlic
½ cup Shredded basil leaves
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive oil

We know how much you all love pizza, so try these out on an english muffin, or use with our June "Pizza Power Party!" Pizzeria Tomato Spread: Mix 1 small can of tomato paste. Add a little water to make it spreadable. Add 1 teaspoon chopped freash garlic. Add 1 teaspoon dried oregano.

Pesto: In a food processor - Chop - 1 cup fresh basil / 2 teaspoon salt / 1 clove garlic / 2 tablespoons pine nuts (or walnuts). Add - ¼ cup olive oil. Puree - mixture until smooth. Add - ¼ cup fresh parmesean or romano cheese.

Margherita - Style: Mix - 8 to 10 diced roma tomatoes. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves. Add ½ cup shredded basil leaves. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Let suace marinade for 1 hour before using.
