Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Cooked mushrooms |
3 cups | Chicken broth |
8 ounces | Tortellini |
4 ounces | Fresh spinach; stemmed and washed |
Salt and crushed red pepper flakes |
Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
Yield: 2 servings
