Second time around mushroom soup (mf)

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cooked mushrooms
3 cups Chicken broth
8 ounces Tortellini
4 ounces Fresh spinach; stemmed and washed
Salt and crushed red pepper flakes

Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.

Yield: 2 servings
