Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cooked mushrooms |
| 3 | cups | Chicken broth |
| 8 | ounces | Tortellini |
| 4 | ounces | Fresh spinach; stemmed and washed |
| Salt and crushed red pepper flakes | ||
Directions
Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
Yield: 2 servings
