Second time around mushroom pizza (mf)

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Boboli\" pizza crusts (1-2 8\")
2 \N Pita breads (6 inch)
2 \N Burrito size tortillas (10-12 inch)
½ cup Tomato sauce
1 cup Cooked mushrooms
¼ cup Mozzarella, goat, ricotta or extra sharp; shredded (1/4-1/2cup)

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.

Yield: 2 servings
