Mushroom soup #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
15 \N Dried black mushrooms
\N \N Mushroom soaking liquid
5 cups Stock
1 teaspoon Salt

1. Soak dried mushrooms; reserve soaking liquid. Cut in half if large.

2. Place mushrooms in a deep, heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, bring mushroom-soaking liquid and stock to a boil. Pour over mushrooms.

3. Place bowl on a rack and steam over low heat for 1 hour (see "HOW-TO SECTION"). Season with salt.
