Second time around soup with carrot and chicken (mf)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Tomato or vegetable juice
¼ cup Long grain rice
½ Boneless chicken breast; cooked, cut into 1/2 inch dice
Green onion; thinly sliced

Bring broth, juice and rice to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked chicken and simmer 5 minutes longer. Ladle out and garnish with green onion.
