Sebastian joe's campari pink grapefruit sorbet

Yield: 1 quart

Measure Ingredient
⅛ cup Sugar
2¼ cup Water
1 cup Pink grapefruit juice
¼ cup Campari liqueur

Whisk the sugar into the water, add the grapefruit juice and then the campari. Mix well and then freeze according to ice-cream maker's instructions.
