1poundsSeaweed; (can use red, light
; green or dark

4Pieces daikon peeled and curled for garnish; up to 6-inch

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, miso paste and rice wine vinegar and whisk together. Add seaweed and toss until coated.

Place in center of plate and place daikon curls around plate.
