Seaweed salad

2 tablespoons Sesame oil
3 tablespoons Mirin
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Shiro miso paste
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar; up to 3
1 pounds Seaweed; (can use red, light
\N \N ; green or dark
\N \N ; green), up to 2
4 \N Pieces daikon peeled and curled for garnish; up to 6-inch

In a mixing bowl combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, miso paste and rice wine vinegar and whisk together. Add seaweed and toss until coated.

Place in center of plate and place daikon curls around plate.
