Shrimp kebabs

Ingredients

20largesShrimp, shelled, deveined and cleaned
3eachesGreen onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
1cupBlanched snow pea pods
2eachesOnions, cut into wedges
2largesCarrots, pared, sliced 1/2\" thick and blanched
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
2tablespoonsTeriyaki sauce
1tablespoonLime juice
2tablespoonsChopped fresh ginger
1xSalt & pepper to taste

Directions

Alternate shrimp and vegetable on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and brush over kebabs. Place skewers in oven about six inches from top element. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If desired, they can be cooked on grill in the same amount of time. Be sure to baste several times during cooking.
