Sea legs summer salad

Measure Ingredient
5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ pounds Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend
¾ cup Thawed frozen peas
½ cup Thinly sliced celery
¼ cup Chopped green onions
⅓ cup Dry roasted peanuts or
\N \N Cashews
1½ cup Shredded red cabbage
\N \N Mandarin oranges

In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
