Scrumptious spam spring chili

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray
4 \N Garlic cloves, minced
2 \N Green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup Sliced green onions
3 cans CHI-CHI's Diced Green Chiles (4 oz)
2 \N Jalapeno peppers, minced
2 teaspoons Dried whole oregano
2 teaspoons Ground cumin
2 cans Canellini beans or kidney beans (15 oz)
2 cans Condensed chicken broth, undiluted (10 3/4 oz)
1 can SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (12 oz)

In large saucepan coated with cooking spray, saute garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add green pepper, green onion, chilies, jalapenos, oregano, and cumin; saute 5 minutes. Stir in beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in SPAM.

Simmer 2 minutes
