Scrumptious spam spring chili

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
4Garlic cloves, minced
2Green bell pepper, cut into strips
1cupSliced green onions
3cansCHI-CHI's Diced Green Chiles (4 oz)
2Jalapeno peppers, minced
2teaspoonsDried whole oregano
2teaspoonsGround cumin
2cansCanellini beans or kidney beans (15 oz)
2cansCondensed chicken broth, undiluted (10 3/4 oz)
1canSPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (12 oz)

Directions

In large saucepan coated with cooking spray, saute garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add green pepper, green onion, chilies, jalapenos, oregano, and cumin; saute 5 minutes. Stir in beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in SPAM.

Simmer 2 minutes
