Snow chili

Ingredients

1teaspoonPleasoning seasoning
1tablespoonOil
2cupsOnions, chopped
7eachesCloves garlic, minced
4cupsChopped chicken
4ouncesGreen chiles
4teaspoonsGround cumin
2teaspoonsGround oregano
1teaspoonRed pepper
3cupsMonterey Jack cheese
1cupSour cream

Directions

Cook beans in broth with base and seasoning for 2 hours or until beans are tender. Brown onion, garlic and chicken in oil. Add to bean mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream.
