3 cups | Apples, red; chopped (do not peel) |
1 cup | Walnuts; chopped |
1 pint | Cream, whipping; whipped |

In large bowl of mixer, sift together dry ingredients. With mixer on slowest speed, add oil. At medium speed, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in the apples and walnuts. Turn batter into a greased tub pan. Bake at 350øF for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn out on plate. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
