3Egg yolks
1tablespoonLemon juice
½teaspoonDry mustard
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do NOT boil. Serve warm.

Makes 1⅓ cups.
