Creamed sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box frozen cauliflower or fresh
1 can (4 Oz.) stem and pieces of mushrooms
½ teaspoon Onion flakes
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Cook cauliflower in water as directed. Put in blender, using water it's cooked in. Add mushrooms using water they are packed in. Add onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
