Scarborough fair salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Louis Rich® Breast of Turkey
1 pack (2 ounces) slivered almonds
1 Tart green apple
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Stalks celery; chopped
2 Green onions with tops; chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley; chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Ground thyme
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Oregano leaves
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Rosemary leaves
⅛ teaspoon Sage

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut turkey into ½-inch cubes, set aside. Toast almonds on shallow baking sheet for 8 Minutes or until lightly browned; cool. Cut apple into chunks and toss with lemon juice in large bowl. Add turkey, almonds, celery, onion, and parsley. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, thyme, garlic powder, oregano leaves, pepper, Rosemary leaves, and sage to make dressing. Add to turkey mixture and toss. Cover and chill Thoroughly before serving.
