| 2 | larges | Hard cooked Eggs |
| 1 | cup | Uncooked Minute Rice |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1¼ | cup | Miracle Whip |
| 10½ | ounce | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
| ½ | cup | Chopped Onion |
| Parsley | ||
| Green Pepper | ||
| Slivered Almonds | ||
| 1 | cup | Chopped Celery |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dry Sherry |
| 1 | cup | Dry Bread Crumbs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, crumbs and butter.
Add the eggs. Stir in carefully. Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top and bake in a 350øF oven for 1 hour. From: Syd's Cookbook.
