Savory seafood trio casserole

2 | larges | Hard cooked Eggs |
1 | cup | Uncooked Minute Rice |
1½ | cup | Milk |
1¼ | cup | Miracle Whip |
10½ | ounce | Cream Of Mushroom Soup |
½ | cup | Chopped Onion |
Parsley | ||
Green Pepper | ||
Slivered Almonds | ||
1 | cup | Chopped Celery |
3 | tablespoons | Dry Sherry |
1 | cup | Dry Bread Crumbs |
3 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs, crumbs and butter.
Add the eggs. Stir in carefully. Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top and bake in a 350øF oven for 1 hour. From: Syd's Cookbook.
