Sauteed chicken pico de gallo

24 oz. chicken breasts
Seasoned flour
1tablespoonOlive oil
1largeTomato; chopped fine
1tablespoonDiced red onion
1tablespoonChopped; (fine) cilantro
½Lemon juice only
1tablespoonDiced green pepper
1dashTabasco sauce
1teaspoonRed wine vinegar
1teaspoonOlive oil
2Flour tortillas
1tablespoonSour cream; (optional)

Directions

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and saute in olive oil. Mix tomato, red onion, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, diced green pepper, tabasco sauce, red wine vinegar, oilive oil, and season with salt and pepper. When chicken is done remove and place on platter. Top with Pico De Gallo salsa. Garnish until folded tortillas and sour cream.
