Sausage corn muffins

Yield: 18 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups All-purpose flour
¾ cup Cornmeal
2 teaspoons Baking powder
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1¾ cup Milk
1 Egg beaten
½ pounds Bulk pork sausage

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling ⅔ full. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
