Sausage and cheese cornbread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sausage, browned and drained
1 \N Egg, beaten
½ cup Milk
½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pack Cornbread mix

Spray or grease 8 in skillet and place in 450° oven til hot. Mix egg and milk to cornbread mix. Mix in the sausage and cheese. Pour in hot skillet and bake 15 to 18 mins or use cake test for doness.
