Sausage and mushroom stew

Halved
¾poundsFresh mushrooms -- halved
½mediumHead of cabbage -- coarsely

Directions

In an ovenproof 5 qt. Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients except cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 1¼ hours. Uncover and stir. Add the cabbage. Cover and bake 30 min. longer or until vegetables are tender. Stir again before servings. Yield: 6-8 servings.
