Sausage and egg casserole (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

| 6 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese grated |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 6 | Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed | |
| 1 | pounds | Sausage--crumbled, fried and drained |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10.
