Ingredients

6Eggs, lightly beaten
1cupSharp cheddar cheese grated
2cupsMilk
1teaspoonDry mustard
6Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
1poundsSausage--crumbled, fried and drained
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10. Gayle Baggett
